Before mother's day, my mom's friend gave us lemons from his lemon tree. We got at least a dozen and my mom suggested we should make lemon bars with them. So on mother's day my mom and I (mostly my mom I have to admit) made lemon bars. We got the recipe from my Meme. They are delicious and the lemons are SUPERB. I love lemons but don't usually like lemon bars but these are #1.
By the way if anyone reading this ever wants a recipe let me know and I can email it or put it up here.
